We install Trane, Lennox, Tempstar furnaces and heat pumps, and Lochinvar boilers. We can keep your home warm all winter long whether you are using propane, natural gas, fuel oil, or electric to heat your home. We specialize in designing and installing radiant in floor heating.
We install Trane, Lennox, and Tempstar air conditioning systems and Fujitsu mini-splits systems. We can keep your home or office not only cooled, but also dehumidified. We will size your new air conditioning system for your home based on the heat loss and gain calculation.
We install ClimateMaster Geothermal Heat Pumps. We can come to your home and design the proper size system for your home. The ground loop will match the system to run at the peak efficiency of the unit. Depending on the size of your yard, either a horizontal or vertical loop is required to install this type of system. Vertical loops often require less yard to install. If you have a large enough lake on your property, we could utilize the lake as a heat sink instead of using the yard. Geothermal installs are still eligible for a 30% federal tax credit with no cap, and possibly a state tax credit. It may also be eligible for local utility rebates as well.
The thermostat in your home controls the very comfort of your home. Thermostats have come a long way in the past ten years. If you still have an old mercury thermostat in your home, it is most likely out of calibration and not as accurate as a digital thermostat.
