Seasonal maintenance on air conditioner, changed one filter, the other needs an Aprilaire 110filter.
. Found defects in furnaces heat exchanger.
. Blower motor is out in furnace. Also found cracks within the primary heat exchanger.
replace gas valve on furnace repipe intake to side of furnace. Gas valve is under warranty, labor is not covered.

System set to 70Â° and satisfied at 70Â° cycled furnaces off and on. To try to get furnace to repeat any issue. Also pulled and cleaned flames sensor and verified all wire connections were securely in place. Nothing loose or out of place.

. Furnace would not run due to a clogged pressure switch port going into inducer housing. Cleared blockage. Verified pressure switch itself working properly.
. Answered questions about zones air loss into closed zones. Explained that zone one if set to heating will not allow system to run cooling for zone two.
Fan Limit switch needed to be adjusted. Keeping fan running.
Fan Limit control switch had a Corroded wire terminal not allowing fan to function. Replaced limit. Issue resolved.
Tightened check valve on condensate pump.
System Freezing up. Low on refrigerant. Added R22 to system.
Added filter drier and piston. No piston/ metering device In System prior to today's work. Pulled vaccume flushed out refrigerant lines with nitrogen. Re vaccumed balanced charge back into System.
Adjusted fan speed on furnace to help dehumidify better.
