. Settings in board needed to be changed.
Replace control board that controls the loop pumps for the dinning room and masterbed room has failed. Replacing the freeze protection sensor for the dining room system.
Replaced inducer draft motor. On furnaces for dinning room area
Replace all control board in master bedroom unit. This board is what controls the geothermal unit, Master bedroom had pump control issues. Pump replacement is for the third stage of heat, this is the boiler pump to each air handler.
. Explained why having thermostat set to an Auto Setting. Is not the best in our area. Because of the large range of dead band between heating and cooling will not keep house to a comfortable temperature. Switch system to Heating. To Insure system running properly.
. Humdistat was turned to the off position. Went over operation of humidifier and humidifier filter. Replace apirlaire #10 pad. Was due time to replace.
. Replaced gas valve.

. Found boiler #1 pressure relief valve opened manually not by a fault. Dumping the systems water onto the floor. Upon my arrival system was showing empty on four different pressure gauges. Each one of the boilers pressure gauges. Also the buildings pressure gauge. Closed pressure relief valve. Re filled boilers & system verified all three boilers were going to re ignite.. suggested to maintenance member. For a working lock to be installed on door. To limit accessibility to room to permited people.
. Furnace Maintenance, replaced Media Air filter, humidifier pad. System in good health.
. Diagnos bad inducer Motor. Replaced with New.

Found live wasps inside of furnace, blew out intake pipe to find wasp nest. Nest would block pipe intermittently causing lock out.

Found dirty filter causing limit switch fault code. Also found furnace to be overfired, adjusted gas pressure and fan speed.
